Epharmix is proud to unveil a new name, look, and feel this month. Why? We’re not a pharmacy or a pharmaceutical company! It seems obvious now, but over the years you’ve taught us how we truly support you and your organization. We’ve taken what we’ve learned, and we’re thrilled to announce that we will be rebranding as:

CareSignal’s values and commitment to evidence-based digital health remain the same. But our mission is different. We’re on a mission to highlight key moments for life-changing intervention, accentuating the care our partners provide.

What impact will the rebrand have on your day-to-day?

The rebrand will not affect your day-to-day operations current Epharmix products and services. Here’s what you can expect as from the transition:

What won’t change
  • Web users will continue to log into and use the platform at epharmix.com.
  • Automated phone calls or text messages from our programs will not be disrupted.
  • Messages will still have the same customizations from your original Epharmix set-up.
  • Enrollment calls will use the same customized scripts you’ve approved.
What will change
  • Our emails will transition over to our @caresignal.health domain. Your account manager and our development team will work with your IT team to ensure a smooth transition.
What could change
  • We have new services to amplify Care Management strategies and Population Health initiatives

    • Reporting enhancements
